I have a problem with my computer that shows a (phantom
hard drive letter) "H" that is in conflict with my Zip
drive letter "B".

This problem causes the Zip drive to be usless can not
download or use anything that appears to download with it.

I am using XP Pro, the mother board is a Soyo K7VX KT333
Platinum model.

The Zip Drive is a IomegaZip drive 100
