Local C drive and removable E drives are full. Is this a
part I need to manually install to add more space? I'm
new at this. Thanks!

assuming your Windows installation is on C drive and that is your hard
drive, tell us what E drive is??
If your hard drive is full, depending on the size(?) you muast have a ton
and a half of software on there...
