I am learning MS Front Page 2003. My drawing and canvas tools are dimmed,
even with a new page displayed. I cannot use them. I have been having a lot
of crashed with this new product. I downloaded new updates today at the
program's request and am having more problems than ever now. Shouldn't the
tools be available on a new page?

Thanks Wes for the reply. I have been going through a book "Step by Step"
that I bought. As I came to the part about drawing tools and canvas tools
the items are dimmed. My computer has been acting funny for the last few
days. Programs are conflicting. I think the upgarde disk I purchased did
not register or activate properly and that is why some of the tools are
dimmed. I am coming along quite nicely with my learning but am stumped by
this. I plan to take the upgrade disk back where I bought it and try to buy
the full blown version and see if that helps. The tools should be available
to use on any new page of any web site if I understand what I am learning.
Give me any feed back you can. Thanks again.
