draw a box Word 2010

hi, i am using word 2010, which i don't like (but that's not relevant). all i want to do is to draw a box that i can type text in. i guess the box needs to be able to move or "stretch" depending on how much text i type in. the box also has to have certain dimensions. i need this thing to be such that i can use it over and over again. thanks for your feedback.
