from a document Microsoft Word, this is the results: I view icon with two
blue arrows like update icon.

Why it doesn't drop the text that I've drag, but this icon?

Are Word and Outlook the same version?
Which message format are you composing in?
What results do you get with CTRL+C (or CTRL+X whichever you prefer) and
then CTRL+V in the new message?

1- Yes it's the same
2- HTML format
3- The same results

I've notice that the same results happen using drag&drop from word document
to word document.

Could be Ram problem?

Thanks

I cannot repro it here. Your test would assume the issue is not with
Outlook. It could be an issue with Word though. You might want to ask it in
a Word newsgroup.
