I have just recently upgraded to Window XP and while
installing Dragon Naturally Speaking Version 5 the
software will not completely install. The internet
diagnosis says Windows XP has Speech Recognition files
that need to be disabled. Can you tell me how to disable
these files.

I don't believe WindowsXP does, but Office XP certainly does.

From the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, click on the entry for Office
XP.... and then the Change button..... they're in the Office Shared Tools.
