Hi, I have a Contacts folder with many Address Cards per company--and over
100 companies.
I need to create a distribution list by selecting one contact (not at
random) per company.
I wanted to know if there is a way to just move the selcted contact using
the mouse or drag and drop the contact to the distrib list.
I have not found a way to do this--only manually opening the list and
clicking on Select Members, then choosing the Contacts folder, then looking
for the name selected. However, this is too slow for my purpose.
Tx for letting me know if there is quicker/easier way using the mouse.
