Can e-mail attachments be dragged from an e-mail into a new e-mail in Web
Access? I thought I had successfully done this other times, but can't seem
to do it now.

First, Outlook Web Access in not Outlook, it is Exchange. Ask OWA questions
in microsoft.public.exchange.clients. Second, the answer is "no". You can't
drag-and-drop into OWA. it's a web browser application, not a real mail
client. You must use the Attach button.
