Dr Watson when print

Hi there,
I manage a moderately complex excel 97 workbook which handles manual home loan applications with multiple users.
One of the major problems, is quite a number of users get a Dr watson when printing a page or multiple pages. This does not occur on my pc or those here at head office, but users at branches and the like get it consistently.
any ideas what could cause this and potentially (short of recreating the worksheet) this could be alleviated?
