DPCs + Interrupts V High CPU Usage!

In Task manger all i can see is that my CPU usage is at 100%and system idle
is at about 98-100% all the time. I used Process Explorer and i have found
that DPCs is between 50-70% CPU usuage and Interrupts the other 30-50%. Why
are these so high?

I think they are some sort of hardware controller, but don't really know
what they are. I'm pretty sure they shouldnt be this high anyway. They are
causing my system to run very slowly indeed.
