Downloading Videos

2 weeks ago, when I clicked on a link to a video file (mpeg or avi, etc.) my
Windows Media Player would automatically open and start playing the file as
it downloaded. Now when I click on a video file link IE eventually opens
another window when the file has totally downloaded. How can I get it back
to the way it was? As far as I know I have not changed any settings.

Anyone's help would be appreciated, thanks. Graham
