When I try to download on any site I get the Open File window, no option to
open, save, or cancel. It looks like it is downloading, but after awhile I
get the message of IE cannot open the<name of file>, Could not download the
file, The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Try again
later"

Hi Fernie :-)

You don't mention the version of Windows you are using, which really is a
must when asking for help in the newsgroups, but....have you by chance
installed/uninstalled the IE7 Beta 2?
