For over a year, I've had a program that would download my emails from Yahoo
into Outlook 2003. Suddenly it stopped working. Now it downloads the emails
into the .pst file. That would be fine if I could import the .pst file into
Outlook, but because it's the .pst of my entire Outlook, when it's open it
won't let me import! I've checked every setting I can think of and come up
with nothing! I've worked on this for over 2 months! Desperation is setting
in! Can someone please help?!

I don't really understand your question. Where are you trying to
"import" these messages to if they're already in your PST file?

You don't import the .pst file, just select Data File....
