Hi,

Just recently I've been getting an odd behavior with internet
explorer, for some reason whenever I'm downloading or loading files on
a web page, such as flash or streaming quicktime files the progress
bar just stops responding, for instance with flash it will load up to
20% and then stop, if I refresh, the whole page turns blank and that
specific site can't be accessed until I close explorer and re-open it,
same thing with quicktime. If I download files "save target as" the
file will download as it should only if I don't browse off the webpage
or do anything that involves sending or receiving information. For
instance, If I start downloading a certain file and browse to another
page or simply click a link on that particular page the download will
just stop responding entirely, while if I just wait for it to complete
it works fine, this can't be right though. I formated a week ago in
hope that it would resolve this issue, but it didn't. I thought it may
be a problem with my router but my second computer never encounters
this situation. I'm not sure what the cause here is but I would
greatly appreciate any help you can offer me to resolve this problem.

Thank you very much
Capo
