You mean when you attempt to *install*?
Download the software again and try.

Shut down all other programs and leave the computer alone until it finishes.

Hello,

This may be an indication of a memory problem. If the problem persist, try
Windows Memory Diagnostic to verify if it is a memory problem.

Go through these Cleaning steps:
1... First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Tabs:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click on Programs Tab and click Manage Add-Ons and Disable all non
Verified Add-Ons (You should Renable them later one-by-one and see the
culprit and update it or remove it.
How to manage Add-Ons:

Scan for malware from here:
SuperAntispyware - Free
http://www.superantispyware.com/supe...freevspro.html

After the scan run disk cleanup on your drive.

Try to download the Software package on the Desktop not in the temp folder!,
also make sure all other Programs not running in the background.

If you still having problem try to download it on another machine and then
copy it to a CD/DVD and try the installation from the CD/DVD.
Good luck.
