I have downloaded a program and I can't get it to start because I keep
getting the message: Couldn't find library MSVCR80.dll (required by
C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\MICROS~1\OFFICE12\MSOXMLMF.DLL). It says to make sure
that MSVCR80.dll is installed and it is. Does anyone know what I have to do
to fix this? Thanks.

IIRC, this is an interesting technical issue spawned by Microsoft
having changed its policies regarding the use of some system files
from its C-Library. Take this issue up with the developer of the
downloaded program or its support team.

Yeah. It's an issue with the program, not with Windows.
