AFAIK the theme should save automagically to the correct folder - if it
doesn't try this: select the theme in the Design tab -> expand theme
section -> save current theme -> this should go to the default location
(C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application
Data\Microsoft\Templates\Document Themes) -> name the theme & save.
