downloaded network link

when i start up google earth i get a message that states "the katrina overlay
service you are trying to download is discontinued...to get rid of this
message you must disable the network link that you downloaded."..i didnt know
that i downloaded a network link..now this message is on the google earth map
and it wont go away..i have tried to remove the google earth program thru
remove programs but when i reinstall google earth the message is still
there...can anyone help..thanks
