I have downloaded the file: service pack 3 for windows
2000 from microsoft.

It is sp3express.exe

I cant figure out how to expand it to a cd from a dos
prompt. I cant get into windows at all....

Can someone tell me how do do this.

sp3express does not contain any files. It is actually used to download
files specific to your installation. If you want the full service
pack, download
