downloaded email messages are missing

In Outlook 2007, it shows that messages are being downloaded. When complete,
they do not show up in my inbox or anywhere else that I can find. Is there a
place to look to find them?

Junk mail folder? Are you filtering your view? Rules?

Maybe you have some filter or the other turned on? Only thing I can
think of. You're seeing no indication of the e-mails (no unread count)?
