Try using a FTP program to upload it to a folder in your web.
Transferring individual image files won't muck up the server
extensions like publishing the whole web via FTP will do. Personally,
I use FireFTP, a plug-in for FireFox.
If you still get an error, you'll know it has nothing to do with
Frontpage, but is an issue with your host and file type and/or file
size.
