I would like to download Outlook 2003 post-Service Pack 1 hotfix package:
September 27, 2004 however for some reason there are no longer links to the
hotfixes but rather links to the support page.

I'm having the problem described where I try to send encryped email and I
get the message that outlook can't find the certs or there are unsupported
compatabilities. Sometimes it works but a lot of the time it doesn't.

I'm using Outlook 2003 connected to an exchange server.

I saw a 9/14/2004 post-SP1 fix but that was it for non-Junk Mail filter

Every article describing an available hotfix also describes how to obtain
the hotfix. You contact Microsoft, tell them you're experiencing the
problem in the hotfix, and they'll send you the fix. They'll waive the call
charge.
