I tried to download several Microsoft updates and it stops
before completing the download. One item has to be done
separately. I tried and it stopped. So I tried doing the
other without it. The bar runs to the end but I still have
27 minutes remaining -- forever!!. I went to tech support
who had me eliminate a bunch of start up stuff to free
more space. (I have a phone hook-up so I had to hang up to
try again.) Same story. She gave me the tech support on
line site but I have to put in a PID. What's that? I
tried to find one out but I don't know if my product is
windows ME or what. Help somebody!!!!!!!!!!!
