dotnet doubt can any body clarify my doubt

Hi,
can any body clear my doubt.
I have created gridview with checkbox in each cell dynamically.
In this grid current role(ex:asst manager) backcolor is green and desired role
backcolor is red(ex:manager). I dont want to display checkbox for current role.
