My question is, can you retrieve a user account deleted
when you remove a computer from a domain? I removed my
computer from a domain, and a user account that was
connected through that domain to another computer (via
VPN) is not there anymore. Is there any way to retrieve
the settings or anything from that user account?

I don't see how removing a computer from AD could do this. Are you sure you
were in the right place when you deleted?

Got backups (incl. system state)?

Please elaborate what you've lost but need. Is it VPN settings, files,
domain membership, initial login, or anything else?
