Is there a way to change your domain password via DOS

DOS or from the command interpreter? I'll assume the latter.

net user joe cirkc8aysd /DOMAIN

That will make Joe's password cirkc8aysd. Note that the domain switch is
the word domain. Do NOT replace that with your domain name. /DOMAIN just
means to execute the command in the domain that you're in.
