I asked around about ink consumption on tabloid size prints and was told if
I decided on an Epson be prepared to buy alot of ink cartridges. Although
the Phaser 8400 isn't a tabloid printer I could get around it by printing
on 8.5 X 14 and adhering it to 11X17 paper to get the same results I
wanted. Now it seems after doing some reading the Phaser is meant for
really heavy duty printing and not for home users. It's solid inks
supposedly change color (hue) if reheated too many times. I only saw this
comment once. Can anyone verify this?
TIA
