How Does One Setup Web or Page Headers to Identify Subjects Addressed on a Web or Page?

It's been a number of years since I've worked with FrontPage. And my recall
is more than a bit fuzzy on this subject. However, in an older version of
FP, I recall being able to key in a series of Subjects to identify topics
addressed on a given web site or web page (or both). This approach made it
easier for search engines to find a given web page while they crawl through
the web, searching out new resources.

I'm now using FP 2002. Yet, so far, I haven't figured out how to add
keywords to the page/web headers. Am I remembering this all wrong? Or is
there some way to add such content to a web site. If so, I'd very much
appreciate your being kind enough to nudge me in the right direction.

Go to the Help files and ask about Meta Tags.
