Does Microsoft listen to the problems we are e-mailing about????
I read about a number of problems with their products that we bought and they don't take the time to answer???? WHY???

Well, MovieMaker is free, after all. Do you really think Microsoft has
such a small number of messages that they can respond to them all?

I total understand your feelings. Microsoft do listen and where possible
they do schedule work to be done to resolve problems...you see the results
of this in the Auto Updates from Microsoft.

Remembering that today is Sunday, and that the responsible person is
probably enjoying his/her days off as you do, you must expect at least a
small delay before someone from Microsoft jumps in to help, or another user
decides to help.

So, what is your problem, perhaps I can help.

I can assure you we do listen. Unfortunately we can't respond to every
single post, but as you can see there are a number of other splendid people
(especially PapaJohn and his comprehensive website) who help out in this
newsgroup community. We do monitor the kinds of problems (and successes)
people run into here though and use that in the planning of future versions
of MovieMaker.
