Only you can reduce the size of jpg other picture files to speed up
page loading. If you have animations or music, I'd start by deleting
them.

Yes, but not necessarily dimensionally smaller, you need to optimize them.
For instance the shiztus (-sp) they are dimensionally small but over 73K in
file size. You can optimize them down to abt 10k easily.

Use IrFanview (free program) if you don't already have a program to do this.
