Yes.
Import them into the web, link to them from a page and publish.

Use File->Import to import the .pdf files into your open web, then on a
page create links to the files.
Or do you mean something else by "support"?

Put a title or whatever on the page. Highlight the portion you want
to be a hyperlink then right click and select Hyperlink Properties.
Point to the PDF file you imported into a folder in your web, and
your're done!

As you would any other file. Create Hyperlink.

What do you mean "support" PDF files? You can import them and link to them,
yes. PDF files require a reader such as Adobe Acrobat or the Adobe reader.

I always indicate that the file is in pdf format and it requires the free
reader and include a link to the reader.
