Hi, ALL. I heard that frequent restore with the backed up images would hurt
the hard disks and reduce the expentacy of them. Is it true or not? thanks.

Do not trust whoever you heard that from because it is not true. Restoring
an image is no different then the writing to a disk drive that goes on when
one merely powers up a computer with XP.

The more a mechanical device is used the closer it comes to death.
