Does this exist? - program to check if anothe program is running

      10th Jan 2005
There MUST be a (hopefully freeware) program X that will periodically
check if program Y is running. If program Y has crashed then program X
will start it again.

Yes, I've got program Y already. It needs to be running all the time,
but crashes 2-3 times a day. Can't change program Y to another and don't
like using Scheduled Tasks to fix this situation (could it even do this,
dunno).

Anyone know anything?

Eric Holt. Excellent Program that automatically restarts a program that
has ended.

Thanks for the info! Auto Restart sounds promising, I'll give it a try.
