Firstly, this is an Outlook newsgroup. Try an Outlook Express group for
your question.
Secondly, I'm sure that the reply you will get there is that you should
disable Norton's interference with your e-mail. You can allow Norton to
scan documents when you open them, but if you try to scan e-mail you are
likely to get the sort of problem you have reported.
