How does Download.com get a green rating from Siteadvisor?

If you check the review, it shows several programs on the site have trojans
embedded in them! That indicates that the largest provider of downloaded
software on the net doesn't virus check the programs they're offering!

At least submit them to Virustotal or Jotti first!
