I am rewriting an Access application that a previous person used the DIB.exe
function when reading/writing to the tables. I have looked extensively for
any documentation that defines the required parameters with out any luck.
The DIB program is used in conjunction with OLE and you have to load the
DIB.exe before starting Access or nothing works. The previous person that
wrote the program is no longer with the company and was only a "hacker type"
at programming.
