You have two options.
One is to edit the registry and point the profiles to another drive. This is
described in details on the TechNet KB. Look for moving the locally cached
profile. It is not automated and it is a pain IMHO.
The second is to use roaming profiles and set in the registry
DeleteRoamingCache=1. This will get rid of these copies as soon as the user
logs off.
