No, the Document Inspector is a new feature in Word 2007.

The RHD add-in is an attempt to automate the removal of personal data, but
it is possible to do it manually. See
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=825576.

Will you please tell me what the difference is and your preference between
the following:

1 - How to Manually Remove Revision Marks
Documents can contain revision marks. With revision marks you can determine
who makes specific changes to a document. When you accept or reject revision
marks, the revised text is saved in the document and the revision marks are
removed.

To accept or reject revisions, follow these steps: 1. On the Tools menu,
click Track Changes to enable it.
2. On the Reviewing toolbar, click Previous or Next to locate and select
specific revisions. Then, click Accept Change or Reject Change/Delete Comment
to accept or reject the revision that is selected.
3. When you are finished, click Close.

Revision marks are only one kind of data that the RHD add-in removes. The
entire set of things removed by RHD is described in
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=834427, "The Remove Hidden Data tool for
Office 2003 and Office XP".

If all you want to remove is the revision marks, then the RHD add-in is
overkill. If you want to remove all possibly sensitive data, though,
removing only the revision marks isn't enough and you need RHD. It's just a
matter of what you plan to do with the document, or to whom you intend to
send it.
