What is the above file for, it is now over 3MB in size and gets transfered
whenever I update my web site, is it safe to set it as "Do Not Publish"

Thanks

That is how FrontPage keeps track of what files are linked to what files,
what their last update date and time is and many other things.

Do "not" mess with it.

However, if you want to "refresh" it and see if it reduces in size, open
your web and recalculate hyperlinks.

It "might" make a difference in size.

No guarantees though.
