Now, the title may sound silly, but it would be interesting to know what everyone actually uses their PC for

I'm on the internet almost all of the time I'm at the PC, and I'll play game perhaps 5-10% of the time. The rest of the time it's usually work or forums (or both ).

use it for homework, internet and music basically

As soon as i get my new gaming rig i can see myself playing games 99.9% of the time

mainly internet and listening to music, a bit of school work, image, music and video editing, gaming, and various calculations that i cant do on a calculator, some CAD work and a tiny bit of programming

I'm out of bed and dressed, what more do you want?

I always take life with a grain of salt, ... a slice of lemon, ...and a shot of tequila

I used to have an open mind but my brains kept falling out

One more step to enlightenment ... but which way ?

I'd say roughly 75% work, and 25% pleasure.

The pleasure aspect containing forums, games, and various other internet activities. The work consisting of games, emails, and writing!

My pc is downloading media 24-7... and when I'm physically in front of it I like to burn a ton of stuff. And while its downloading and burning its great to chat with frinds. And if I have the time I play some games.

Ah, now then …

Home ‘entertainment centre’ … not including TV, as I don’t have TV, may get a TV card but then, maybe not.

Work!? … Not anymore, retired due to health, ‘though my brother keeps bringing me the odd PC or Laptop. (and boy, are they odd)

The Internet … fascinating ‘book’, may finish reading it one day.

Web Site ‘maintenance’ … Have set-up and maintained a few Sites, in the ‘old days’, all defunct now, including my own. Amazing what Dreamweaver could do.

Shopping … Internet ‘Window’ Shopping is fun … yet to tryout Tesco Dot Com, but may have to use that sort of service soon.

Forums … lost track of how many I’m signed up to … but can spend a day visiting the regulars and posting … PCReview is my home page (oh dear).

Games … occasionally one will get my attention, like Guild Wars, but I soon tire and I’ll pass them on to my Nephews.

Going to give Linucks another go … it looks promising.

… and that’s about it.

I'm not grouchy by nature, it takes constant effort.

Every day I beat my own previous record for number of consecutive days I've stayed alive.
