How do you stop double spacing on new E-mails when you hit enter

When I open a new E-mail to compose it goes into double spacing. The word rap
is single spacing. When I type words and hit enter to the next line it goes
double spacing. When I ad a signiture it doubles also.

This is a newsgroup for the MS product "Access". You'll probably have
