How do you shut off a yes/no question when I delete a block of tex

Each time I delete a block of text, a question appears in the lower left of
screen which asks Delete Block (No) Yes? How do I shut this off

Tools | Options | General: clear the check boxes for both items that refer
to WordPerfect.

Double click on the box and it should be hidden

Then you have a particularly fierce IT department that resets your settings
for you. Check out Adobe, it is the most likely culprit.
