On the machines you do not want to
participate in Browser Elections...

Start | Run | services.msc
Double-click the Computer Browser service;
Stop the service, and set the Startup Type to Disabled.

Bear in mind you ought to have at least one machine running the
browser service if you want to be able to browse the network.

No sound when I start up my computer and when I shut it down I have to go to restart to start up the computer, then when it comes up I go down to start snd shut down mode then it will shut itself off.
