How do you share a toolbar in Outlook 2003?

's Computer Specifications

I'd like to share my customized toolbar with other colleagues. Is this
possible?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't want to have to travel from
computer to computer to customize their toolbars.

You might be able to create a com add-in with your custom toolbar and then
distribute that. Try an Outlook programming group or take a look at
http://www.outlookcode.com
