Have 2003 and I want to set up my hotmail account for the outlook program.
Is there a step by step manual I can read somewhere

(you will need to scroll down to check whether you can use Outlook) and tell
us what plan you have subscribed to.

You cannot use Outlook for Hotmail unless you have a paid premium acct with
Hotmail. Use your web browser instead. All of the tools are online at the
Hotmail site.

Click 'Tools' and "Accounts" then "New".
That works 80% of the time :P
