You'll need to log into the mailbox now and again to reset it. Is the
assistant getting the messages forwarded?
Otherwise, you would need to use a server side rule to reply and hope you
don't get hooked into an autoreply war - where each account autoreplies to
the autoreplies to the autoreply... its ugly when the original messages are
included and usually results in a full mailbox.
