how do you set spam setting in outlook?

i have mail that keeps going into my spam box and i can not figure out how to
stop this from happening with good email i receive?

Is it going to the Junk E-mail folder or to a Spam folder?
In case of the last, Outlook is not doing this but a 3rd party mail scanning
tool that you have installed.
If it is put there by the Outlook Junk E-mail filter, you can manage your
exceptions via;
Tools-> Options-> button Junk E-mail Options...
