If you double click the email address (name) does it show the real email
address?

How to ask a question:

After furious head scratching, Ernest asked:
| This should be easy but I can't figure it out. I've done quite a bit
| of searching on the Net without any luck. First of all I'm new to
| Outlook so I'm sure I haven't found all features yet.
|
| Here's what I'm trying to do: When I forward a message I want Outlook
| to include the email address of the person who sent me the message
| (something like "Jane Smith" ((E-Mail Removed)). Currently it just
| includes the real name "Jane Smith". So the person who gets the
| message from me doesn't know the email address of the person who sent
| it to me (assuming they can't look it up in some directory).
| Where do I configure Outlook to include the email address in addition
| or instead of the real name in forwarded messages?
|
|
| Much appreciated.
