I have set up a calendar for managers with people that have been approved for
time off. I would like to make the calendar available to all managers. How
do I allow the managers only to view the calendar?

r-click on the calendar, choose properties, permissions. give the managers
group permission to view it. if you don't have a managers group, then add
each manager account.
