I am running a campaign and I would like to know how to put on an
AUTO RESPONDER
for e-mails that are coming in requiring information.

Create a rule. The rule must not have any selections in the "from senders..."
to enable the rule for all messages (think it's the first set of selections
when you start from a blank rule - and you get a message saying "This will
apply to all messages - are you sure")
Have the rule set to "have the server reply using a template", then create
your "standardised form" and save the rule.
